is Dementia kingdom, in the Shivering isles??? looks like it is! i prefer Mania though :D

"the shivering isles" is an add-on to the game Oblivion. it takes places at Sheogorath's kingdom, he's the god of madness. the kingdom is composed of two district : Mania and Dementia. Mania is the district of happy lunatics, and in Dementia live depressive maniacs, psychopaths and other dangeroux people. tour drawing makes me think of Dementia because of the colors and atmosphere :D
