@Jakub P.for clouds : light color, low alpha, and blur level 3 to 6. for terrain : fill tool, low alpha, several colors from light to dark. to make the texture keep "shaking" your mouse in any direction long enough long time until you get a satisfying effect. i hope it does make sense to you
